It is always cheaper to book directly through our website than through a travel website. If you do see it cheaper elsewhere, please let us know and we will be able to offer you a lower price.
Spring 2024, 2nd March to 4th May 2024
225€ per night, minimum 4 nights
Early summer 2024, 4th May to 6th July 2024
245€ per night, minimum 4 nights
Summer 2024, 6th July to 31st August 2024
275€ per night, minimum 7 nights, check-in and departure on a Saturday
Late Summer 2024, 31st August to 26th October 2024

If you book more than 8 weeks in advance, you will be asked for a deposit of 15% and then you will receive an email requesting the balance 8 weeks prior to your arrival. (The deposit will be 15% of your booking fee and damage deposit combined). If your arrival date is less than 8 weeks away, you will have to pay the full amount at the time of booking.
You can pay using either Paypal or your credit/debit card, you will be given the option when you follow the link in the email. If you use Paypal, please select the service option.
If you wish to cancel your stay, you can do so up to 8 weeks before your arrival and you will forfeit the 15% deposit of your booking fee, but we will return anything paid in excess of this amount. If you cancel within 8 weeks, there will be no refund.
If we have not received the balance 7 weeks before your arrival, we will cancel your booking.
There is a 150€ damage deposit which will be added to your booking. It will be returned to you in within 10 working days of you leaving the gite assuming no damage.
The minimum number of nights is as shown per season, However feel free to contact us for any specific requirements.
Included in the above prices, are full use of all facilities, pool, gas and electricity ( not included on long term rentals), taxe de séjour, bed linen, towels (bath and swimming pool), and departure cleaning.
